These terms describe the use of Sudoked.com, an independent project operated by Andrus Aasmäe. They cover the browser game, Solver, Trainer and technique guides, and the separate sudoked-ads management tool described below. Contact: mnemonemo3@gmail.com.
Using the website
You may use the publicly available game and learning tools for playing and studying Sudoku. The browser game is currently free and does not require registration. Please use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights.
Do not try to access private accounts or systems, interfere with security, disrupt availability, or submit malicious content through feedback. If you find a security problem, report it privately using the contact email.
Learning materials and intellectual property
Sudoku concepts and solving techniques are shared mathematical knowledge. Website software, original explanations, artwork and branding may be protected by intellectual property rights. Access to the website does not transfer ownership or grant a general license to redistribute those materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. You may link to public pages and use materials where permitted by law or the relevant license. Contact us about other reuse.
Saved games and availability
Saved progress and statistics depend on your browser's local storage. They are not an account-based cloud backup. Clearing site data, private browsing, changing browsers or device storage cleanup can remove access to saved games. We cannot promise to recover deleted local data.
Features and content may be updated, corrected or temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep the game useful and reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or error-free hints and explanations. Please report suspected errors so they can be investigated.
Feedback and external services
Send only information you are entitled to share. We may use your feedback to investigate problems and improve the site. An email address supplied with feedback is used to respond as explained in our Privacy Policy.
External links and services, including Google, FormSubmit and Reddit, have their own terms and policies. A link to a reference or community does not imply endorsement by that service.
The sudoked-ads management tool
sudoked-ads is used by the operator to review and manage advertising for Sudoked.com. It is not required to play Sudoku and is not a public service for managing visitors' advertising accounts.
Only an account owner or someone with the necessary authority may connect an advertising account. Google's consent screen describes the requested access. The reporting helper reads account and campaign information; advertising changes require the operator's explicit approval. Google Ads charges and account activity remain subject to Google's terms. The Privacy Policy explains data access, retention and revoking authorization.
Responsibility and your rights
The game and guides are provided for recreation and education. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections.
